Kensetsu Tsushin Shimbun covers BnB Solutions' BuilderHub Modeling Support — structural BIM models, fast and precise

BuilderHub Modeling Support, the service launched by our Japanese joint venture partner BnB Solutions, was featured in the September 24, 2026 edition of Kensetsu Tsushin Shimbun, a Japanese construction trade daily. The article reports that the service automatically generates structural BIM models including rebar from RC structural drawing data (DWG), removing two barriers to BIM adoption: the effort of modeling work and the shortage of skilled staff. It runs on BuilderHub-R, developed by ChangSoft Global, which handles automatic generation and placement of rebar models through quantity takeoff in one flow. Complex reinforcement such as column-beam joints is shown in 3D, so clashes and construction issues that are hard to read from drawings alone can be reviewed in advance. Deliverables are supported in Revit. Three service types are offered by project. BASIC delivers BIM models built from structural drawings in a short time for buildings with mostly standard details; STANDARD adjusts rebar clash areas according to reinforcement standards; and CONSULTING has structural engineers propose solutions that rebar adjustment alone cannot resolve, delivering a clash-free model.
